Warranty terms depend on each brand and product, following their official guidelines. Generally, warranties cover hardware defects and manufacturing faults, offering repairs or replacement of faulty parts to keep your devices running smoothly.
General Warranty Guidelines
What’s Covered:
- Hardware defects and workmanship issues as per your brand’s warranty card
- Replacement or repair of defective parts with equivalent or better components
- Issues not caused by physical damage, misuse, electrical faults, or unauthorized modifications
What Voids Your Warranty:
- Missing or altered invoices, warranty cards, serial numbers, or factory seals
- Physical damage, liquid spills, electrical surges, or accidents
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering
- Issues caused by viruses, software errors, or incorrect BIOS updates
- Wear and tear, corrosion, or damage from external pressure
What’s Not Covered:
- Cracked screens, broken plastic parts, or cosmetic damage
- Accessories like cables, bags, or freebies
- Battery capacity reduction due to normal use
- Loss of data, removable storage, or installed programs
- LCD/TFT dead pixels under the brand’s acceptable limits (usually requires >5 dead pixels for claims)
Additional Notes:
- Warranties are non-transferable and do not cover change of mind.
- Major hardware repairs may take 3–5 weeks depending on the brand and part availability.
- Please pack your items securely for warranty claims; damages from poor packaging will be your responsibility.
- If the warranty has expired or is voided, repair or replacement costs will be borne by you.
Replacement & Refund Policy
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
If your product shows faults or fails within 5 days of purchase, you can request a replacement or refund. Please ensure:
- The product is returned in its original packaging
- The invoice and warranty card are included
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 3 working days via your original payment method
- All items will be inspected before approval to ensure they meet warranty and DOA conditions

- No deductions for shipping or handling on refunds
- Returned items and accessories will be recorded clearly on your receipts
- Missing accessories will be deducted from the refund amount
- After the 5-day DOA period, standard warranty terms will apply
